Unraveling The Gender Knot: Transformative Leadership at the ILA

A group of students came together to explore gender equity across the globe. We didn't know each other and yet we all committed showing up as transformative leaders. Our process for exploring the problem situation of gender inequity led us on a journey towards navigating the wicked problems rooting gender inequity in place.
